“We meet no ordinary people in our lives.” ― C.S. Lewis
I was taking photographs for my cousins children's baptism. She just had a beautiful daughter and as I was going through my photos one night, a few portraits really cought my eye. The one's that carried more than just a smile, but emotion. And after picking out a few of my favorite's, it was interestingly enough mostly pictures of the children. Children are the least formed and shaped, they still carry the truth that they are loved and secure no matter how they act, no matter how loud or how quiet, or how emotional they are. They know deep inside that they are unconditionally loved.
It got me thinking how incredibly important it is for us as human beings, to know that we are valued, loved and secure. To be loved unconditionally, just like children.
"So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him." 1 John 4:16
"See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are." 1 John 3:1
