Mornings can be difficult to say the least, and those “five more minutes” usually turn into a mad dash to get ready and going for a “more natural look” because applying makeup isn’t an option. Here are five things you can do before bed to make mornings a little easier.
Pick your outfit the night before
Waking up and feeling like you don't have anything to wear? We've all been there. Save the morning stress by laying out a look the night before, and make sure to check the weather!
Shower at night
Unwind with a relaxing hot shower at night, instead of rushing through a half-shower in the morning.
Find a place for your keys
Finding a place for your keys, sunglasses, wallet, etc. saves you the hassle of looking for them in the morning, just remember to actually use it.
Prep your breakfast
Prep your breakfast the night before, for an easy cook in the morning. Fruit smoothies are easy to prep, just put all of the ingredients into the blender, cover with clear wrap, and store in your fridge overnight. That way when you take it out in the A.M., all you have to do is add ice.
Start your beauty routine before bed
If you don’t have time to spare in the morning, sleep with braids and an overnight mask to wake up with beach waves and a glowing complexion.
