If you're coming to Bali, the best coffee spots seem to be in Seminyak!
Here are two of our favorite spots so far and pictures from our latest adventures there with our lovely friends, Marcia and Martin.
We went with our friends to get together with the bean enthusiasts and experts at Anomali Coffee. They are known for their high-quality indonesian coffee, and every week they offer a free coffee tasting workshop!
Each of the participants is given three cups containing three different ground coffees of different origins, and a tasting sheet. We take a whiff of each, give them a score, and note their qualities and characteristics. Then the coffee is brewed and we repeat the evaluation, this time regarding the taste, aftertaste, body, and acidity. Jacob, our awesome coffee guide, then asked us to identify which type of beans are in the three cups. It’s really fun to be able to distinguish between different types of coffee, we’ll definitely keep on practicing.

"It's been our little haven lately, where we work and reward ourself with cappuchinos and honey waffles..."
This is for sure the best place to be if you want to just relax, sip on good coffee and admire your surroundings. They offer a variety of creative books to read while you're there, and sell beautiful home décor design products. So for those who love beautiful design, every little detail in this tiny shop is thoughtfully made to please the eye.
Their coffee is very good and simple, wich goes perfectly with their homie-atmosphere.
